1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the rm98 platform at rm98.bz, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all policies and guidelines published by rm98 from time to time.

2Account Eligibility

• Not appearing on the prohibited or restricted list of any regulatory body.

• Only have one (1) active account only on rm98 at any one time.

Rm98 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account that fails to meet the above requirements without prior notice.

3Account Registration & KYC Process

As part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, rm98 carries out a Know Your Customer (KYC) . You may be required to submit identity verification documents such as a national ID, passport, or other supporting documents.

Rm98 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or place an account on hold until the KYC process has been successfully completed. Information provided during KYC will be protected and handled in accordance with the rm98 Privacy Policy.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

For withdrawals, the following conditions apply:

8Account Suspension & Closure

Rm98 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated period.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Use of an unauthorised payment method or one belonging to another person.
• Upon request by legal authorities or regulatory bodies.

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, rm98 reserves the right to hold the account balance while an investigation is conducted. If the closure is at your own request with no violation involved, any eligible account balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

9rm98 Liability Limits
